What to Expect: Working Together and Investment
Fees & Investment
Choosing to begin therapy is an investment in yourself—your healing, your relationships, and your overall well-being. I aim to offer care that is thoughtful, personalized, and deeply supportive of lasting change.
Individual Therapy (50 minutes)
$225 per session
Extended sessions (75–90 minutes) are available upon request and may be especially helpful for trauma-focused work such as EMDR and Brainspotting.
Insurance
I am currently a private pay provider and do not accept insurance for new clients. This allows for greater flexibility, privacy, and depth in our work together without the limitations often required by insurance companies.
If you have out-of-network benefits, I’m happy to provide a superbill that you can submit to your insurance for possible reimbursement.
Why Private Pay?
Working outside of insurance allows us to:
-
Focus fully on your goals rather than a diagnosis or session limits
-
Move at a pace that supports your nervous system and healing
-
Maintain a higher level of privacy and confidentiality
For many clients, this creates space for deeper, more meaningful work—especially when addressing trauma, anxiety, and long-standing patterns.
Fee Adjustments
My fees are reviewed annually and may be adjusted in January. Any changes are communicated in advance to support transparency and planning.
Good Faith Estimate
In accordance with the No Surprises Act, you have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate of expected charges for services.
If you’re interested in working together or have questions about fees, I invite you to reach out. I’m happy to help you determine whether this feels like the right fit.
