I'm a psychotherapist with over 15 years of experience in the mental health field and more than a decade of providing therapy online. Throughout my career, I’ve had the privilege of working in private practice, community mental health, and tech, connecting with people from all walks of life.

I’m deeply passionate about the work I do, finding it incredibly meaningful to support individuals as they navigate challenges, heal, and grow. My approach is rooted in compassion and evidence-based practices, tailoring each session to meet your unique needs. Whether you're managing anxiety, processing life transitions, or simply seeking clarity, I strive to create a space where you feel heard, supported, and empowered. Previous clients have described me as warm, welcoming, and non-judgmental.

Outside of my work as a therapist, I’m a wife and a mom to two wonderful little kids who keep life joyful and lively. Our home is filled with love (and fur!), thanks to our two silly cats and our goofy dog. I’m also a big fan of coffee, yoga, and carving out moments of mindfulness amidst the busyness of life.
